2. From the pleadings on record, the Court is satisfied that the admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid except for 50% D.A. and arrear of difference of salary for the period 01.01.1996 to 31.01.2003, as per the statement made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the B.N. Mandal University.

3. Learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University submitted that as per the instructions received from the Vice

Patna High Court CWJC No.7951 of 2017 dt.16-02-2018 2/2 Chancellor of the University, the said amount shall also be paid to the petitioner within one month.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the commitment made before the Court by learned counsel for the B.N. Mandal University, upon instructions from the Vice Chancellor, shall be strictly discharged without giving the Court any opportunity in future with regard to violation of such commitment.
