JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kochadhaman PS Case No. 166 of 2017 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that by breaking shop of the informant one Laptop and ten mobiles were stolen. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that only one mobile and one laptop were recovered, petitioner also runs a laptop and mobile shop, the seized articles were not put on TIP, petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Suraj Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman PS Case No. 166 of 2017.
