Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49614 of 2022(2) dt.12-01-2023 2/3 withdraw this anticipatory bail petition in respect of petitioner Nos. 4 and 5.

Permission is granted. The anticipatory bail petition in respect of petitioner Nos. 4 and 5 is dismissed as withdrawn. The rest petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 332, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, one Bechan Mahto was murdered and in this respect Ashok Paper Mill P.S. case No. 106 of 2022 was lodged. The mob was demanding compensation for the death of Bechan Mahto. The accused persons including the petitioners created road jam which resulted into inconvenience of the public at large. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the mob was demanding compensation peacefully for the death of deceased, Bechan Mahto.

The petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49614 of 2022(2) dt.12-01-2023 3/3 to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
