2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 11.08.2024, when the informant was at her house, on account of land dispute, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, armed with Lathi, Danda and Gadasa, came there and brutally assaulted Bhaisur of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner and informant are agnates and admittedly, land dispute is going on between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
