The allegation of making firing is against coaccused Lal Singh and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he along with two others abetted the co-accused Lal Singh. Moreover, it is submitted that the petitioner is stranger to both the families.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
