The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was along with his son Manish Kumar, the accused persons came there and started abusing. On protest, the accused persons started assaulting the informant and his son. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-06-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place between the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019.
