I have perused the report of the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya, dated 22.12.2015, wherein it has been informed that out of eleven witnesses six witnesses have been examined and rest five witnesses are yet to be examined.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order and take all sorts of steps for procurement of the witnesses.
