2. Perusal of record shows for the first time on 17.06.2025 four weeks time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for removal of defect(s). Thereafter, by way of last opportunity, further time of two weeks was granted for removal of defect(s). Still the defects have not been removed and vide order dated 29.07.2025, the learned Co-ordinate Bench granted further time of four weeks subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee under the head "Legal Aid".
