JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013 registered under Sections 498A, 315, 304(B) and 120B of Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty against the husband. Though, there is specific allegation that on 24.02.2013 the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim got over her chest and was pressing her abdomen even mother-in-law put her hand inside ovary of the victim and tried to kill the child womb. Thereafter, on intimation, the mother of the victim came and took her and in the way she died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49940 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 is living outside and there is no specific allegation against him. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013.
