No. 3044 of 2018 By the present I.A. the petitioner seeks to implead the Chairman, Central Selection Board-cum- I.G., B.M.P.,Bihar, Patna as respondent no. 4 in the instant writ application. I.A. No. 3044 of 2018 is allowed and it is directed that the Chairman, Central Selection Board-cum-I.G., B.M.P., Bihar, Patna be added as respondent no. 4 to the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the newly added respondent no. 4 regarding
Patna High Court CWJC No.7867 of 2017 (3) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent no. 4 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 4, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.
