Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2016 in an FIR registered against unknown for the alleged offence of dacoity.
Submission is that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Investigation is already complete now. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the police.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6032 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Amarpur Police Station Case No.174 of 2016, S.Tr.No.46 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
