Patna High Court MJC No.2678 of 2019 dt.27-08-2019 2/3 ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The present application seeks modification in the judgment dated 03.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 20719 of 2011 pointing out to some inadvertent typographical error.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the third paragraph at page no. 2 in the second line with reference to the amendment petition it has been written that the same was filed on 23.06.2011. Learned counsel submitted that the same is an error, inasmuch as, the date of filing of the amendment petition was 29.06.2011. He referred to the materials on record in CJWC No. 20719 of 2011 to substantiate such claim.

4. Having considered the matter, it appears that the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is correct.

5. Accordingly, in the judgment dated 03.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 20719 of 2011, at paragraph no. 3, page no. 2, in the second line, the date of filing of the amendment petition stands corrected as "29.06.2011" instead of "23.06.2011".

6. The judgment dated 03.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 20719 of 2011 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
