2. Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 39419 of 2022 (Annexure 1 series).

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier twice, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed on 21.03.2022 and till date, not a single witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
