Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2015 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/365/120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Although, the petitioner is named in the First Information Report but the victim has stated in his ferdbeyan that petitioner had not taken part in his kidnapping and when he had been confined in the house of one Ganesh Lal, petitioner had come there and took one co-accused Ramji Singh. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
