Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ladaniya PS Case No.04 of 2018, registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant with leg and fist, except that there is no other allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation of assaulting with sickle on the neck of the wife of the informant is against another accused.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Santosh Sahani is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23768 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya PS Case No.04 of 2018.
