2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For a direction upon the respondent C.B.S.E. to change/substitute the name of the petitioner in all Education Certificates issued by Central Borad of Secondary Education, New Delhi from Shahnaz Khatoon Siddiqui to Tripti Gupta, the name by which she is now known after the marriage.

(ii) For direction upon the Respondent Magadh University also to substitute the name of the petitioner in the Certificates of the University from Shahnaz Khatoon Siddiqui to Tripti Gupta in the changed circumstances.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to follow the guidelines described by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the order of Jigya Yadav vs. Central Board of Secondary Examination reported in (2021) 7 SCC 535.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
