Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be the main assailant and his earlier prayer for bail was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court, I am not inclined to reconsider prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 186/2014 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case no. 32/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Jamui stands rejected.
