====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 7.9.2016 while stay further proceeding of Title Suit No.879 of 2013 pending in the Court of Sub Judge IX, Saran at Chapra, it has wrongly been typed as Sub Judge II. According to the learned counsel, the impugned order has been passed by the Sub Judge II but then now the case is pending before Sub Judge IX.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the MJC application is allowed and the order dated 7.9.2016 passed in Civil Misc. case No.584 of 2016 is modified to the extent that Title Suit No.879 of 2013 pending in the Court of Subordinate Judge IX, Saran at Chapra shall remain stayed.
