2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 50 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the spot.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and only on suspicion, they have been made accused in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50920 of 2023(3) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
