JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The alleged occurrence took place on 14-02-2015 and after one day of the aforesaid occurrence, the petitioner was arrested by the police while he along with two others was standing near ATM machine. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent nor any looted article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S.
