JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 09-03-2016 The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.09.2013.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one month of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the present application on 24.09.2015 and since then the matter is fixed for argument. The evidence has been closed since long.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46036 of 2015 (03) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 Sessions Judge-III, Kaimur at Bhabua to conclude Sessions Trial No. 399 of 2013 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 127 of 2013 within a period of three months.
Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
