JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 A show cause has been filed enclosing an order passed by the Municipal Commissioner in Vigilance Case No. 40B of 2012 disposing of the vigilance case albeit against the adversary of the petitioner.

As regarding Vigilance Case No. 228A of 2001 which was initiated on a suo motu cognizance taken by the Corporation, it is submitted by Mr. Prasoon Sinha that the alleged defaulter was directed to produce the plan which has not been produced and thus the Deputy Director, Urban Planning has been entrusted to submit his report on the issue for passing final order. He submits that the final order would be passed within fortnight

Patna High Court MJC No.3473 of 2016 (8) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 from today.

In the nature of the submissions so made and the supplementary show case on record, I do not think it necessary to keep this application pending which is accordingly disposed of just reminding the Municipal Commissioner to abide by his undertaking.
