JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 23-06-2017 Heard Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petiotner. The petitioner is aggrieved by the second part of the order dated 22.12.2015, whereby the panel has been cancelled by the District Programme Officer.

In view of the statement made at paragraphs 11 and 12 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous because the order dated 22.12.2015 of the District Programme Officer has been set aside by the District Education Officer, Begusarai vide order bearing Memo No. 202 dated 2.2.2016, a copy of which is placed at Annexure 'G' to the counter

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as having become infructuous.
