The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 234/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/447/379/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is being submitted that though the petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured by Farsa, but the injuries do not support the allegation.

The injuries are caused by hard and blunt substance, and, therefore, it seems that the allegation is false. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Case No. 234/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
