JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. According to the prosecution case, the FIR named accused Chhotu Kumar along with three others came at the house of the informant and took her from there. The name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 34/2015 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Purnea.
