JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case the house of co-accused Manish Rai was raided and only one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 6.7.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No.338 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur.
