Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No.43 of 2017, registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner, there is no other material, neither the motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP and investigation has been completed.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Manish Singh @ Ganga Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
