2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 387, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted with knife on the shoulder of the informant and petitioner no. 2 assaulted with iron rod on the left leg of the informant.
4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. The injuries sustained by the informant is simple in nature.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
