2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 29.04.2025 at about 10:00 P.M., all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners entered the house of the informant and started assaulting the informant and his family members with dagger, lathi-danda and rod, due to which, they sustained injury. The accused persons also looted house-hold articles with intention to take possession of informant's house forcefully.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the dispute between the parties over the house in question, a simple Maarpeet took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 64 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
