One country made loaded pistol along with two live cartridges are said have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after arrest of the petitioner in the present case, he was remanded in Bikramganj (Rohtas) P.S. Case no. 213/2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.12.2014, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 363/2014.
