This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 743 of 2017, disclosing the offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. My attention has been drawn to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to this application. It has been submitted on that basis that the main allegation is evidently against co-accused Chandar Sah @ Ram Chandra Sah, who has been allowed anticipatory bail by an order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18158 of 2018. Considering the facts and circumstances noted above,

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 743 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/ Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
