In view of the statements present at paragraphs 6 and 7 of the show cause wherein it is stated that of the three post of Directorin-Chief, Health Services while two have been filled up, the department is in process of filling up the third post, when read alongside the statement made at paragraph 5 of the show cause whereby the case of the petitioner on the post of Director-in-Chief has been considered and rejected by the reasoned order passed on 6.9.2017, no case for proceeding in contempt remains. The petitioner, if so aggrieved by the order dated 6.9.2017 and if so advised, may seek appropriate remedy by filing an appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
