Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No.184 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, some miscreants were planning for thef of the motorcycle, police raided the place, accused persons succeeded in fleeing away and one person was arrested and he has disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.49286 of 2019(3) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No.184 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
