Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 324, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 452, 379, 224, 225, 337, 338, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that several other co-accused, having similar allegation, have already been allowed bail in this case vide Annexure-2 series by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4491 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 Case No. 85 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
