2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, informant given Rs. 4,05,000/- to the petitioner and other accused persons for purchase of 1⁄2 katha of land but they were denying to register the land in the name of the informant and also denying to return the said amount.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the dispute is between one Uttam Kumar and the informant and this petitioner is no where. He further

5. Learned APP for the State and informant opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the present dispute is purely civil in nature, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
