Learned counsel for the petittioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2021 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 294 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 304B/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the prosecution case that due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry the petitioner along with her son tortured and killed the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, who is aged about

He further submits that the deceased never complained to her family for demand of dowry. Petitioner is an old lady having no consciousness, rotting in jail since 07.03.2021. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 294 of 2016.
