Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)(1.A.B) of the Arms Act.

Police searched house of the petitioner and recovered one country made pistol, one old barrel and one old pipe but no cartridge was recovered.

It is submitted that recovery was made from the joint house of the petitioner. It has no where found that the arms were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 05.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45485 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015.
