The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sonepur P.S. case No. 54 of 2019 registered under Section 307, 379 and some other minor Sections of the IPC.

The informant alleged that he and Mahesh Rai, the petitioner, are working in Railway. On 25.01.2019 the petitioner picked up quarrel and he was abusing the wife of informant. The informant forbade him but petitioner came out with Lathi and assaulted the informant with Lathi on his head. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of some petty dispute the occurrence took place. The injury found on the person of informant is simple in nature. No.45995 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. case No. 54 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
