Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Barauni PS Case No. 237 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that as per the allegation a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner while he was going on a motorcycle and apprehended during vehicle checking, the petitioner has remained in custody since 9.6.2017 and charge too has been framed.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shivam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Begusarai in connection with Barauni PS Case No. 237 of 2017.
