2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. On secret information regarding firing in lane of Dr. Jitendra, a raid was conducted and co-accused Abhishek Kumar was apprehended. This petitioner managed to flee away. On search, 200 ml illicit liquor in one bottle and one empty bottle of illicit liquor were recovered.

4. Considering the accusation as well as the long criminal history of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to
