Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. There is general and omnibus nature of commission of assault as well as of firing. The case diary would reveal that specific allegation of commission of firearm injury at the palm of Lav Pandey is against co-accused Dadan Pandey. Petitioners are in custody since 15.12.2017. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty
