The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amba P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, section 411 of the IPC was added.

Truck of the informant bearing registration no. CG 13LA-3704 was stolen by unknown miscreants.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR, Name of the petitioner transpired in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. No stolen article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Truck of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59463 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 was seized from possession of Dhananjay Singh Yadav and Krishna Singh. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S.
