2. It appears that after filing of the writ application, the police came in action and now, the victim girl has been recovered about three days back.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, a

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1497 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 grievance with the conduct of the S.H.O of Sadar, Hajipur. Statements have been made in paragraph '5' of the writ application that despite the petitioner approaching the officer, no action was taken by the S.H.O. Copy of the representations are annexed as Annexure-P/2 and Annexure-P/3 to the writ application.

Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner, we direct the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali to look into the matter and examine as to whether the S.H.O, Sadar, Hajipur has not acted immediately on receipt of the information. If the S.P, Vaishali finds that there is undue delay in attending the matter, the S.P, Vaishali shall consider taking appropriate action in accordance with law.

This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
