Petitioners are in custody in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019, Excise Case No. 1067 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in the instant case total 30 liters of Mahua wine was recovered.

The petitioners are in custody since 10.6.2019.
