Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366,497 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily left her house alongwith the petitioner as she had love affairs. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Nagar Police Station Case No.56 of 2018, subject to
