Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270,272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a)(D)34, 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of liquor is from the field side and allegation is that the same was of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47242 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sandesh Police Station Case No.55 of 2019 Excise Case No.550 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
