2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted one motorcycle and Rs. 1.38 lakhs from the informant after injuring him.

4. The petitioner has given confessional statement after being caught by the police and the petitioner is accused in 13 more cases which includes cases of murder, cases under NDPS Act and Arms Act. The petitioner is a member of the organized gang of criminals and is in custody since 14.07.2021.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
