2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 17-05-2023 at 7.00 PM, the informant's daughter, aged about 14 years, had gone to ease out, but she did not return to her house. Thereafter, on search, the informant came to know that co-accused Nandan Kumar Yadav had kidnapped his daughter. It is further alleged that these two petitioners assisted co-accused Nandan Kumar Yadav in kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that specific accusation of kidnapping is against co-accused Nandan Kumar Yadav. These petitioners have been made accused merely because they happen to be parents of co-accused Nandan Kumar Yadav. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Benipur, District - Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.
