JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the accusation of assault is against co-accused, Keshar Reja and so far as allegation of theft is concerned; the same is not specific against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pakari Dayal, Motihari.
