2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner No.1 is Gotni and petitioner No.2 is Bhasur of the deceased.

5. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and property. Allegation is general and omnibus.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Hawai Adda P.S.
